Was OK if wanted to rough it, everyone friendly. Did not plan to stay long.

This is a well cared for park. Close to town and the ocean. People were friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

This park is not for children, or dogs even though they say it is. It is like being in a prison they watch every move you make. The owners do not check out the people who live there year round and their have been child molesters and many with mental problems. No camp fires allowed, no noise, even in daytime. The owners take things from your lot. if you leave your REV for the season. The road is dirt and it floods sometimes up to your doorstep. A person who lives there year-round gets rent free for keeping track of you and the park. I would never go there again.
